    I never like to find talent that is looking for commission work that they are not getting. This guy should have more than he can handle.

    His price range for sketches/tight penciled pages is dependent on the number of characters, addition of a background/detail level of the background, if it's to be inked or colored. Which is, pretty much, the normal drill for artist commission. I've talked to him about his prices and what he's said sounds reasonable to me. Check out *ShadeDarkstorm.
